I joined the CSJ in Spring 2024 with over 20 years of experience in people, operations, and project management across a diverse set of sectors, the last 8 of which in the charitable space.  I hold a CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma in People Management, as well as a Mental Health First Aid certification, and am passionate about getting the best out of people to drive an organisation forward.

As the Head of People and Operations at CSJ, I oversee all aspects of our people and operations strategy, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with our vision and values. I manage the talent acquisition, learning and development, and culture initiatives at CSJ, creating a positive and inclusive work environment for our diverse and talented staff. 

Something you might not know about me

Football is a big thing in my life - I am a qualified FA referee, play in the women's Sunday Superliga and am on the committee of my football club.
